Last updated: 28 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Khanya Business Consulting website and the services we provide. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to them.
Who we are
Khanya Business Consulting, a subsidiary of Wanawake Business Enterprise (Pty) Ltd, Johannesburg, South Africa.
Our services
Khanya provides business advisory services, including business registration and compliance, consultancy, financial and CFO advisory, HR and organisational design, and systems and ERP implementation. The specific scope of any engagement is agreed with you in writing before work begins.
Quotes and scope
Some services are fixed-price. Others are scoped to your needs and quoted after a discovery call. We'll always confirm the scope and price with you before starting work. Anything outside the agreed scope is treated as a new request.
Professional advice disclaimer
Khanya provides business and financial guidance based on the information you give us and our professional experience. Our advice is intended to help you make informed decisions. It does not guarantee any specific financial, tax, or business outcome, and it is not a substitute for independent legal, tax, or audit opinions where those are formally required. You remain responsible for the decisions you make for your business. Where a matter calls for a registered legal, tax, or audit professional, we'll tell you.
Your responsibilities
To do good work, we rely on you to give us accurate, complete, and timely information and access. Delays or gaps in what you provide may affect timelines and outcomes.
Payments
Fees, payment terms, and timing are confirmed before work begins. Registration and certain fixed-price services are paid in full upfront. Scoped work may be invoiced as agreed. Payment is made through our approved payment channels.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential, and we ask the same of you regarding our methods, documents, and materials.
Intellectual property
Reports, documents, and materials we create for you are yours to use for your business once paid for. The underlying methods, templates, and frameworks Khanya uses to produce them remain ours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Khanya's liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
