The meaning behind the name
Khanya means light in Zulu and Xhosa. To shine. To illuminate. It's also the root of Nokukhanya, the second name of the woman behind the firm, Gladiola Nomali Vilani. Nokukhanya means mother of light.
That isn't a coincidence she stumbled onto. It's the thread running through everything she does.
Khanya brings financial and operational clarity to businesses. Her wider work brings light to people. And at the centre of both is one person whose life's work, in every form it takes, is illumination.
